Labs @ The Center
Flexible, low-risk investment in technology experimentation, early-stage innovation, and rapid prototyping in our Lab.
The age of endless “discovery and analysis” is over, but haphazard “vibe coding” introduces significant AI safety, scalability, and data security risks. So, our goal in the lab is simple: Take promising concepts from a drawing on a white board to a working blueprint or prototype that you can see and feel in just two weeks.
Organizations rely on our lab at The Center for Trustworthy AI to help them take on challenges that exist between the arrival of new technology and a typical organizations’ decision to invest heavily in that new tech. Together we experiment and innovate before you make the decision to implement in-house or alongside your trusted implementation consultancy. And, as always, organizations that work with The Center need not be concerned that we have a hidden motive to sell them an army of implementation consultants afterwards—it’s not even a service the Center offers!
-

Try before you buy
Explore much-hyped AI tech, so that you know what you’re getting into before making a big investment, contract, or costly implementation effort.
-

Accelerate your AI
Develop early proofs of concept to see how AI will work in your organization. Then turn everything over to your internal team or implementation partner.
-

Lower your costs
Skip the expensive, dreaded “discovery and analysis” phase of tech adoption. Get something working in 10 days, then build on top of a real, live solution.
The Lab’s results speak for themselves…
Crafting a globally deployable financial services blueprint in 2 weeks
A global financial institution had ambitious plans to rebuild one of its major product lines to be fully AI-native with the potential to impact millions of consumers. Such an undertaking would have ordinarily consumed many months of planning. Labs @ The Center for Trustworthy AI worked much faster, rigorously workshopping the concept with the firm’s executive leadership, experts, and major stakeholders, before producing a detailed solution blueprint including the vision, reference architecture, prioritized AI agent scenarios, and an actionable roadmap in two weeks.
Using AI to reduce development costs by up to 92%
A public sector organization providing medical, logistics, and other services in many regions of the world needed to modernize its case management system in nine months on a fixed budget. Rather than waste hundreds of thousands on a lengthy, traditional “discovery and analysis phase”, the agency worked with Labs @ The Center for Trustworthy AI to responsibly use AI in developing working prototypes of each system capability after only a few hours of design on a whiteboard. Labs helped the agency make the most of the AI it had available—rather than stumbling its way into a risky, vibe coded mess—resulting in an up to 92% reduction in development costs.
